Koda & Kel, LLC is not responsible for any lost packages, shipping delays, or damages once the carrier has accepted possession of the package. Replacements are available if your order is proven lost in transit. All domestic orders are shipped with USPS Ground Advantage Shipping. Shipping upgrades are available upon request.
